SpineFrame provides SMS text messaging services to patients of chiropractic clinics that use our practice management software. These messages help you stay informed about your appointments and care.
2Types of Messages
By opting in to SMS notifications, you may receive:
- Appointment Reminders: Notifications about upcoming scheduled appointments
- Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation when appointments are booked or rescheduled
- Cancellation Notices: Notifications if your appointment is canceled
- Clinic Announcements: Important updates from your healthcare provider (e.g., office closures, schedule changes)
3Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and clinic communications. Typically, you will receive 1-4 messages per month. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you actively engage with the messaging service.
4Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. SpineFrame does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Please contact your mobile provider for details about your text messaging plan.
5How to Opt Out (STOP)
To stop receiving SMS messages:
Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from SpineFrame. If you wish to re-enroll, contact your chiropractic clinic directly.

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information are:

8Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.
9Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications at your chiropractic clinic, you consent to receive text messages from SpineFrame on behalf of your healthcare provider. Consent is not a condition of service. You can always receive care without enrolling in SMS notifications.
